Nano Safe Innovations 90 day coating Nanova Hygiene+ is a water borne thin film coating that keeps the surfaces free from microbes and other pathogens. The product is the combination of metal nano particles and non-migratory cationic disinfectant, which are extremely effective in deactivation of enveloped RNA virus and bacterial DNA genome. This effective self-sanitizing nanocoating works through a contact killing mechanism which remains active on surface for a minimum 90 days if not damaged mechanically. It is easy to apply, works on all types of hard surfaces and has no cytotoxicity.

APPLICATION AREAS:

    Scope of work: coating of interior areas up to feet height which includes
  • Furniture, doors, windows, fittings etc., (excluding floors and ceiling).

COATING PROCESS:

  • The surface should be cleaned and free from dust and containments prior to coating
  • Apply wet on wet two coats of Multi-Surface Self Protecting Nano Coating
  • The coating will be applied using combination of spray gun followed by finish with our fun roller
  • For smaller fittings, coating will applied using sponge pad or lamb or wool paintbrush
  • Surface is ready to touch within 2-3 hours of the application
  • For re-coating on existing surfaces there is no requirement to remove previous coating, just clean and apply new layer of nano coating.

DO’S AND DONT’S OF MULTI SURFACE SELF PROTECTING NANO COATING

BEFORE APPLICATION:

  • Clean the surface to be coated to remove the dirt and contamination
  • Cleaning ensures that the surface is free from dust and other foreign particles before application
  • Shake the pack well before use

DURING APPLICATION:

  • Spray coat with any conventional sprayer used to generate a fine spray
  • Use fur roller to evenly disperse the sprayed coating to get and even surface finish
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE’s) while applying the coating. Any accidental spillage of material on hands should be cleaned with clean water

POST APPLICATION:

  • Post the application gentle cleaning either with the
  • Dry or wet cloth for wiping/dusting is recommended post the drying of this product at frequent touch areas
    like doorknobs or handle for better-increased protection we recommend using at regular intervals, our NANOVA HYGIENE+
  • Multi-Surface Disinfection 24 hours protection product can be used. This is because there could be a rupture of
    the film
  • Clean all the equipment with water after application

STORAGE:

Store in a cold and dry place. Avoid storage in direct sunlight

DONT’S
DURING APPLICATION:

  • Do not apply the coating on wet or uncleaned surfaces
  • Do not dilute the coating with water or any of the solutions before applying
  • Do not overspray or overcoat the coating as it would hamper the aesthetics of the surface

POST APPLICATION:

  • Do not clean the surfaces with water or with any kind of cleaning agent for 24 to 48 hours after the application.
  • Post application, when the coating has dried do not use any harsh chemical (solvent / acidic / alkaline) to clean the surface
  • No scrubbing with abrasive material (like Scotchbrite)
  • Clean the surface with care the coating layer should not be disturbed
